Focus on Changing End of Life Experiences: A programme for young people

Are you interested in learning more about health, social and palliative care, and creating social change in your community?

Young Changemakers is a summer school and leadership development programme for 16-18-year olds who are interested in helping in their community to support others and create change.

 Who is it for?

Anyone between the ages of 16-18-years-old can apply to both the summer school and year-long leadership programme.

Young Changemakers is a free opportunity.

Travel expenses will be covered, and breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.

We particularly welcome applications from those who may otherwise be unable to access these kinds of opportunities.

Please note that preference will be given to those who live or learn in the five London boroughs we serve: Lewisham, Croydon, Bromley, Lambeth and Southwark.
